During my recent visit to Paper Moon Kudils, I was captivated by the serene ambiance and culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurant. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the Kusini exudes a laid-back charm, complemented by relaxing music that added a touch of tranquility to our dining experience. One evening, intrigued by the traditional Urani cuisine, I decided to venture into one of the village homes for a taste of authentic Sri Lankan dishes. the flavors of fresh produce, seafood, and free-range meat elevated the dining experience, providing a glimpse into the rich culinary heritage of the region. Each dish, though simple and wholesome, showcased a harmonious blend of flavors meticulously prepared from locally sourced ingredients. The inclusive breakfast spread, featuring Sri Lankan delicacies and BBQ options, offered a satisfying start to each day. the staff's attentive service further enhanced our dining experience, making our stay truly memorable.
